La Bonne Brosse at Harrods

For the first time, La Bonne Brosse held a pop up event at Harrods, within the 5th floor beauty department.  As part of this site, we also had the digital screens as you entered the Beauty Dept from the lifts.  A real brand statement!

This beautiful site was live from 4th November and offered Harrods’ customers a greater opportunity to get to know the La Bonne Brosse brand, as well as discovering the right hair brush for them.  We sourced amazing staff members to support, with brand training delivered by the Strategy Decoded team ahead of the go-live date.

For those wanting to discover their perfect brush, we also had a QR code taking customers to La Bonne Brosse’s diagnostic microsite where they were able to take a simple quiz to discover their ideal brush.  Then all that was left was to choose the colour…
